Welcome to the Orange Room
The Orange class is a vibrant and dynamic group of learners! We encourage hands-on activities in all areas of the classroom. Mess is best, especially in preschool, and therefore, learning to clean up is important too! Self-help skills and learning to be independent are goals we work on throughout the year. Our imaginations soar during work time. Our favorite activities include building roads with blocks, taking care of babies, giving haircuts at the salon, and reading stories. Play allows us to develop our social and emotional skills. We are learning to share, use our words, and learn problem-solving solutions each day. Structured learning times such as small group and large group times allow us to focus on math, language and motor skills. The Orange Class strives to provide an overall balanced learning environment for your preschool child. A classroom that will encourage them to become confident learners in a fun and loving atmosphere!
