Thank you to the amazing owner and staff at Bloomtastic Creations for helping us secure our roses for the Love Monster Love Grams we gave out on Valentine's Day. It is always our mission to support locally in Bayonne and we look forward to lots of future community partnerships with them!
We are so thankful for our community partners at Lowes, who were generous enough to donate hard hats to all eight of our classrooms. The students were so excited and had a blast in the Block Area being construction workers. Thank you, Lowe's, for making a difference! We can't wait for what the future holds and how magical community partnerships can be.
On Friday December 20th we delivered gifts to 4 different families that needed a helping hand this holiday season. We were fortunate enough to have parents volunteer to donate to our initiative which helped us add more goodies for the families. We purchased toddler clothes, socks, snow boots, pull ups, wipes, baby dolls, a tricycle, Paw Patrol toys, books and over $500 in Shop Rite gift cards! Our Busy Little Bees family is overwhelmed by all we get to do as part of the "And More" of our mission. Thank you to all that helped make this happen!
Busy Little Bees got to execute a small part of our "And More" mission of giving to our community by partnering with 22nd Street Meat Market to provide 120 turkeys to our families this holiday season. We are so grateful to Mark, Lou, and the rest of their staff that helped make this possible with quality service. Emily's mom Pam was the biggest fan of 22nd Street Meat Market and it was the only meat Miss Emily ate at home growing up. It's a true full circle "And More" moment for Miss Emily, as she has gone here all of her childhood. What an amazing experience for all!
Busy Little Bees had the honor of sponsoring this year’s T-shirts for the 5th Annual Brandon Smith Legend’s Classic 🏀. We want to take a moment to honor Brandon and his family as they continue their fight against ALS. This sponsorship has a tender significance to us because we grew up admiring Brandon as an athlete in both football and basketball. Brandon also coached Mr. Jonathan and was passionately involved with the Bayonne High School basketball and football team where most of the town grew up playing! When I think about “homegrown” and “hometown” for Bayonne sports, Brandon is among the players I think of. The “And More” mission of our school is to help give back to the community that raised us to love being a Bayonne Bee. This sponsorship was the perfect fit and feels like an honor and privilege to be able to help in such a small way. Our admiration for Brandon and his family as they continue to battle ALS is enormous. I know there are so many young men and women that Brandon has inspired to keep showing up and keeping doing what you can, by any means necessary. I have always shared a deep respect for his wife, Christyann, who has taken this all in stride with him and their two daughters. Being a caretaker is no small task, especially when it’s for someone you love. We are always praying for the Smith family and want to encourage our Busy Little Bees family to donate to such an incredible cause! Keep fighting Brandon, we are with you along the way! 🧡✨🐝🤍
We're so excited to sponsor a Bocce team at the Bayonne Sicilian club! Miss Emily's mom used to play on this team, and has since been replaced by her son, Mr. Tim! We know they will make us proud this year! Good luck Busy Little Bees!
