Welcome to the Blue Room
This Monday we worked on opening our spoon packets like big Kids, " No banging on the table”. On Tuesday, we had a lot of proud children because they got their own spoons out.
Tuesday and Wednesday we were busy with shapes, We went on a "shape hunt" looking for squares, triangles, rectangles and circles, On Wednesday, we used popsicle sticks to follow the pattern of lots of shapes, including stars and parallelogram.
Thursday, we painted our own letters.
We had fun learning the Mexican Hat Dance.
We are continuing to do Math by counting down for “Muffins with Mom”, We are also counting of caterpillars to cocoon days. They were 10 days caterpillars and are now in their cocoons for 6 days.
Everyone enjoyed flannel board stories of Goldilocks, Red Riding Hood and The three pigs.
