This week, in the Purple Room, we had a highly enjoyable and educational experience. We explored various modes of transportation, discovering how they facilitate travel from one location to another. The children, learned about land, air, and water transportation, and were able to express their familiarity with different modes of transportation. We also examined the numerous uses of water in our daily lives. Furthermore, we investigated the changes that occur in water and the actions necessary to induce these changes. Our week culminated in a delightful Dad and Donuts event, where the children thoroughly enjoyed spending quality time with their fathers. Additionally, we had an extraordinary Friday dance party, which was particularly special.
Welcome to the Purple Room, where Miss Asha and Miss Sabrina provide a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners! In this vibrant and multicultural classroom, we prioritize creating a safe space where children can explore, create, and grow at their own pace. Through a combination of self-paced learning and intentional modeling, we help children build confidence in their abilities and develop a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Our focus on cooperative play, independence, and good manners fosters essential social skills, while guided interactions encourage meaningful relationships and teamwork. By modeling positive behaviors and gently guiding children to achieve new milestones, we empower them to become confident, compassionate, and capable individuals. The Purple Room is more than just a classroom—it’s a dynamic community where every child is supported in their journey of discovery and growth!
