The Green Room works hard to build a supportive community that celebrates our diversities and builds confidence and independence in all that we do. We teach our students that our class is a team and that when we all work together, we achieve amazing outcomes. Our class loves to read books, use our imaginations, and have dance parties. Our room is full of artists, creators, problem solvers, and storytellers. We like to build each other up and compliment each other for all of our achievements, big and small. We want our students to feel supported in all that they do and to become independent and confident lifelong learners.
In the Green Room, we believe that learning happens through play, exploration, creativity, and connection. We are a creative bunch who love to get our hands dirty, use our imaginations, explore new things, and learn through doing! Whether we are painting, building, experimenting, dancing, or creating something completely our own, we aren’t afraid to make a little mess along the way. Our classroom is a community where every child is encouraged to be curious, confident, and independent while learning to work together, help one another, solve problems, and express their ideas. Most importantly, we want every child to feel safe, loved, supported, and excited to come to school each day as we learn, grow, and have fun together
