Our Busy Little Bees celebrated Martin Luther King Jr. and the legacy he has left behind. Our classes talked a lot about Peace, Unity, and Acceptance. It's hard to explain to 3/4-year-olds just how impactful MLK was because in their world, there is an innocence we wish we could protect forever; however, we are grateful our students left school knowing his name and a version of his story that will build year after year. They are the future, together we are stronger!
To celebrate the Lunar New Year, our little bees were busy making dragons, working with chop sticks to play a sorting game, reading books, painting and crafting snakes, and they even got to enjoy yummy treats! We want to wish all those who celebrate a very Happy New Year!
